Ingredients : Thai Rice ( Orysa saltiva ) , Lemongrass ( Cymbopogon citratus Stapf ) , Plai ( Zingiber purpurenum Rose.) , Kaffir lime ( Citrus hystrix ) , Tumeric ( Curcuma longa Linn) , Ginger ( Zingiber officinale Roscoe ) , Soy bean ( Glycine max ) , Red kidney bean ( Phaseolus valgaris ) , Black bean ( Phaseolus valgaris ) , River Rock , Pure Essential oil of Lemongrass , Peppermint and Eucalyptus.

Direction :

1. Place Herbal Hot and Cold Microwave Ball in the microwave, oven or freezer depending on type of pain or injury.

Cold Therapy

• Place in plastic bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Heat Therapy

• Heat this Ball on medium setting for 2-3 minutes.

2. Apply Herbal Hot and Cold Microwave Ball on desired area for relief. This provides approximatery 20-45 mintues of relief.

Caution: It is for external use only, use it as directed do not get the pack be overheated or it will burned and damage.
